Had a routine cleaning today. The tech, Kelly, was extremely gentle and friendly. I’m so grateful to have found this office.

Dr. Rose is a great dentist, that's why the two stars or else it would be one. Their billing lady couldn't figure out how to do primary (BCBS) and suplemental insurance billing, which ended with me paying out of pocket for something I should not have seen a bill for at all. I contacted FEP BlueDental and they informed the lady never filed or called. If you pay for cleanings yourself, go here. If you use insurance and expect not to get a "may be filed for collections" letter, go elsewhere. EDIT 11/18/2017: I was contacted by the owner of the practice and was informed I was right and that I shouldn't have ever seen a bill. Then, they refunded my out of pocket expense. WOW! Additionally, JCD is under new ownership who obviously put customer service first. This is refreshing in today's world. I have sheduled a cleaning and my family and I will be returning to JCD. Thank you Drs Rose and Johnson!

This was my first time at JCD and I had a great experience with my cleaning and x-rays! I had no wait time at all and all the staff were very friendly! My hygienist explained everything she was doing and gave me great advice for my needs. She made me feel valued and like I wasn't just being pushed through so other people could been seen. We had a great time and I had no pain! I can't wait to come back in 6 months.
