Overall experience was pleasant. I had a new patient appointment. The dentist seemed very knowledgeable. Front desk staff were very kind. They did lose track of my check in and I got called back 40 minutes past my arrival time. However, they were very apologetic and the team was efficient once getting me back for X-rays as they knew I needed to leave at certain time for work. I will continue services but maybe something I will be mindful of future visits. Mistakes happen and I understand that.<br><br>Update: 10/1/2026<br>Had the opportunity to come back for my cleaning and it was amazing!! Once again front desk staff are exceptional, kind and helpful answering questions. My hygienist Ravon is an absolute baddie when it comes to teeth and gum health. She knows her stuff and we scheduled my next cleaning with her before I left. She made me feel brand new with my fresh teeth and chatting with her along the way made the experience better.

A+ team, from Fran and the reception team at the front desk to Dr Montoya and his surgical team. I had an all on four procedure done with JCD and in that experience, I had little to no pain or swelling. It was just an awesome dental team overall.<br><br>JCD has all bases covered, if you need medical treatment Baptist is connected to the dentistry, as well as the Oral Surgeon right next door. If you need a sinus procedure theirs an ear nose and throat doctor's office connected to the dentistry too.<br><br>And then, you have Dr. Astoria and his awesome team with Dentaluxe on the cosmetic side of things that is also connect to the practice. The amount of proffesionlism and detail Dr. Astoria gave my case was incredible, and I couldn't be happier with the results.<br><br>Thank you to the both the JCD &, the Dentaluxe team! I will be recommending them to anybody I know in need of dental work, they are true proffesionals in their trade.
