With all the COVID stuff that medical offices has to deal with and still try to stay in business, I have to say this office does a wonderful job. I started my visit with a long delay but they were honest about the situation which I appreciate. Once I expressed my need to leave, they put things in motion to get another dentist to step in. The main person running the front office really had her act together. In the short time I was there I could tell she was running the show. Sorry I don’t remember her name. I sure would have acknowledged her.

The most unorganized and disrespectful receptionist’s I have ever met. They make a 700 dollar mistake on their end and act like it’s your fault and expect most of it up front and act like they are doing you a favor but not asking for the whole payment when they made the mistake.

The BEST experience I have ever had at the dentist. The whole experience is worthy of more than 5 stars. The staff was welcoming and kind. My hygienist was so knowledgeable. She explained what she was doing and why because I was interested in knowing. She was gentle and thorough and, as an added bonus, was FUN to talk to. Then, seeing Dr. Rose equally as enjoyable. She is patient, thoughtful, gentle, kind, and talented. I felt truly cared for as a whole patient after leaving and actually look forward to going back. 100% recommend!
