Outstanding customer service. Cassandra front desk was very helpful ensuring all my needs were met in one day. Rose was professional assisting the Dr. with ease and promptly replaced my locators. Lynsey the Hygienist was very effective and prompt. Ensuring I was comfortable and not having pain. Alexa delivered my denture which I had relined. Alexa was very positive and gave great hugs. Dr. Barker is truly an awesome dentist and has never failed to meet my needs. The entire atmosphere was pleasant.

I went through the comments that multiple prior patients share my experience. It took several months to figure out that the treatment was not covered by insurance. I contacted the insurance company and they said the claims were submitted multiple times but only appealed once. Letter of necessity was not provided. I brought it up with the billing manager and office manager. Both gave contradicted statements from the documents provided by insurance company. I feel they do not want you to know that you have to pay out of pocket early on even they know likely it will be denied(per Aetna, deep cleaning has high denial rate). In this case you will keep getting multiple treatments so they can charge you out of pocket later on. It seems to be a pattern. Please everyone who is victim to their practice should report of board of dentistry so we have more cases against them.
