Great staff, great facility. My hygienist was very kind and accommodating. Definitely a new experience in dentistry. She didn't yell at me for not flossing, which we all know that's a hygienist trait. One of the best dental experiences I've had.

I went through the comments that multiple prior patients share my experience. It took several months to figure out that the treatment was not covered by insurance. I contacted the insurance company and they said the claims were submitted multiple times but only appealed once. Letter of necessity was not provided. I brought it up with the billing manager and office manager. Both gave contradicted statements from the documents provided by insurance company. I feel they do not want you to know that you have to pay out of pocket early on even they know likely it will be denied(per Aetna, deep cleaning has high denial rate). In this case you will keep getting multiple treatments so they can charge you out of pocket later on. It seems to be a pattern. Please everyone who is victim to their practice should report of board of dentistry so we have more cases against them.

This was a great Dentistry. my daughter had wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Montoya and his team and they were very professional and made my daughter and i very comfortable with the procedure. She was in and out office staff was very nice and professional. i would recommend Everyone to visit this practice.
