I've always had great experiences here at Jax Complete Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Chery went out of her way to ask about the essential oil I noticed at the entrance just because I was curious, such a small detail, but it really showed how thoughtful and attentive the staff are. Jayla was amazing at setting clear expectations from the start. As she walked me to the exam room, she explained the plan for the day, and at every step she let me know what was coming next, which gave me real peace of mind and made the whole visit stress-free. And Dr. Simon is hands down the friendliest, nicest dentist I’ve ever met. He somehow makes it feel less like a dental appointment and more like you’re just hanging out with a group of friends who happen to be taking great care of your teeth. Professional, kind, and genuinely fun to talk to. If you’re looking for a dental office that feels warm, welcoming, and human, this is it.
