This was my first initial visit. Bonnie who answered my call was the reason I chose to try Jax Complete Dentistry. She made me feel welcomed and relaxed over the phone and was very reassuring. Brittany was also very compassionate and attentive towards me and tried to ease my nerves. It appears that every one is well trained, polite and knowledgable in their jobs. Oh yeah....and Dr Barker was also very pleasant. Ask me again after my deep cleans! hahaha. Thank You to everyone.

I honestly abhor the dentist and all previous experiences had elsewhere. This was the first time a dentist appointment made my day, versus ruining it. These wonderful people know how everyone wants to be treated at the dentist’s office. My favorite part, they showed me the pictures and explained everything that they were doing as they were doing it and made me a part of my own examination. That’s the way it should be and I’m happy to finally have found that. If you are looking for reliable, friendly people to entrust your pearls, these guys will make it happen.

I was referred to JCD Group and I’m so glad I made the appointment! First off, their communication about my appointment confirmation and upcoming reminders was fantastic. They not only send texts but will call to remind you as well! I always have so much going on, I need the reminders 😅 Now the appointment: check in was quick. X-rays and hun measurements were efficient and professional. I loved my tech Jessica! I ended up needing quite the deep cleaning and Jessica made me feel comfortable and calm during the whole 2 hours! I almost fell asleep! The staff was fantastic with working with their schedule to get my next cleaning in ASAP and billing was clear and as stated. Great experience! A dentist I don’t dread going back to, but look forward to going back !
