We completely understand how frustrating insurance issues can be, especially when plans or coverage change. While it is ultimately each patient’s responsibility to verify insurance coverage and confirm which providers are in-network, our office does offer insurance verification as a courtesy to help make things easier whenever possible. Unfortunately, insurance networks can change frequently and not all plans provide up-to-date information to dental offices in advance.
