This office has no empathy for peoples lives. I had been placed on a "same day" follow up status where I would have to call in to "see if there was an available appointment" every. single. day to see if there was a time slot to get seen! First off, I don't think thats professional at all especially being in a medical field. Are you kidding me?! I missed my one appointment because my father died and had to fly home for that and I missed my second appointment because I contracted Covid (probably from the flight) and was running a fever. I aplogize that calling in to my dental appointment was not top of my priorty list, I guess next time I'll just come in sick and get very else sick! I'll say this, I lived in San Diego and had the same dentist for over 10 years before moving to Jacksonville and on the rare occasion that "LIFE" actually did happen and I couldn't make it, they were more than understanding. Franky and Bonnie on the phone SEEMED to be understanding of my situation but must not have heard the words coming out of my mouth when I said It was beyond my control. Very dissapointing office and would not recommend this office to anyone who wants to feel like their dentist have their back or continue a long term relationship. Service wise: I felt like another customer anytime I DID go in there. It was like a numbers game to them, just another client which might be the reason why they could care less about losing my business. Oh well, Good riddance.

Absolute best dentist office I have ever been to! Usually visiting the dentist’s is a miserable and anxiety-ridden experience, as most can probably agree. But not here! Dr. Rose was amazing in the whole process of having my wisdom teeth removed (which was a long overdue procedure). But I faced no judgment, had all my questions and fears answered, and had the procedure done in the way that I wanted! And my hygienist Jessica (who I went to today for a routine cleaning) was amazing! All of the staff there are warm and welcoming. And Jessica went above and beyond with my comfort and care. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks!

12/20/2024 Thank you Lindsey for your continued OUTSTANDING care and a shout out to the new dentist who has great bedside manner. I love how Lindsey makes me feel value as a patient! I know this extent to other patients as I’ve referred people to her. Kudos to Lindsey and the new dentist. What a great team. 06/27/2024 10 stars ghost to the Hygenist of the year, Lindsey! She is phenomenal and I can’t brag enough about her outstanding customer service skills. More over I would like to complement the front desk team as they had a great sense of humor and truly made me feel welcomed. 12/2023 I have been going to this practice now for over four years and I have to say I have truly found a dental practice home. The staff has always been very supportive, friendly, with a strong attention to detail. They have always made me feel like I was patient even though they have so many. The new young lady at the reception desk, I wished I could remember her name, she just started last week moving here from Indiana was fantastic! Her high level of customer centered approach demonstrates they hired the right person for that role. The hygienist, again I apologize for not knowing her name, but was new for me. Melanie has moved out of state and I do miss her however this new hygienist was very good! She explain things to me In a thorough consistent manner that I was able to understand, reviewed my treatment plan in great detail and she took her time to ensure that each tooth had the attention is needed. Dr. Baker, what more can I say about a man who truly knows his patients. I am most impressed with him and his attention to detail and his patient centered approach.

Me and my five kids have been seeing Dr Barker for over 10 years. Dr Barker and his staff have always been very professional and easy to work with. Dr Barker is skilled in dentistry including crowns and implants, which I recieved both from him. My favorite dentist by far.
