Why are y'all sending me this link? Y'all know Jacksonville complete dentist is the best. I don't want another dentist, as long as complete dentist is in business you have my business. My sister's from different states wants to come to Complete dentist. All the staff's makes you feel at home very nice employees. MILDRED LOVES COMPLETE DENTIST ❤.

In the past I had a horrible experience that left me traumatized regarding going to the dentist! But from the moment I called JCD I was at ease...Brooke was amazing! I was in so much pain when I talked to her but she was very patient and understanding. Chelsea and Dr. Rose took the time to explain my situation and give me options based on thier professional opinion. Ciera provided valuable information based on her personal experience to help me with making a decision to help with my anxiety...she was very patient and gave me as much time as I needed to make my decision as well as scheduling my next appointment based on a time that was good for me! Thank you guys so much I'm looking forward to my next appointment!😊😊😊

Overall a great facility. Staff was kind and helpful from the very beginning. However, after calling and explaining to them that the day after my cleaning, I was in extreme discomfort at night and could not sleep at all the night before (due to a tooth that needs to be extracted, which I was deciding to do extract through them in the next week) I was told to come in and speak to someone that can help. I left work and arrived 30 minutes later and was told there was just nothing that could be done to help relieve the pain at all! I was in and out still in pain 5 minutes later with copies of what I was given the day before, I was expecting much more from this place and feel like they could’ve helped further. Besides this experience. Everything was good. My hygienist was sweet and the girls up front were kind. Sorry guys but I can’t see myself coming back! Thanks.
