Superstars!! I am so happy I found JCD! I had such a bad experience with some previous dental treatments at other dentist offices that I was really nervous about my appointment. Once again I was treated so kind and the treatment was faster and easier than I expected. Thank you Dr. Montoya and staff!! You and your team went above and beyond!!. I have recommended your office to many of my friends.

Dr. Rose is a great dentist, that's why the two stars or else it would be one. Their billing lady couldn't figure out how to do primary (BCBS) and suplemental insurance billing, which ended with me paying out of pocket for something I should not have seen a bill for at all. I contacted FEP BlueDental and they informed the lady never filed or called. If you pay for cleanings yourself, go here. If you use insurance and expect not to get a "may be filed for collections" letter, go elsewhere. EDIT 11/18/2017: I was contacted by the owner of the practice and was informed I was right and that I shouldn't have ever seen a bill. Then, they refunded my out of pocket expense. WOW! Additionally, JCD is under new ownership who obviously put customer service first. This is refreshing in today's world. I have sheduled a cleaning and my family and I will be returning to JCD. Thank you Drs Rose and Johnson!

Dental hygienist Carly was very professional and at the same time extremely warm and cordial, putting me at ease. She explained every procedure and was very complimentary on my teeth maintenance. She’s a keeper!! Carley was very professional and delicate removing stitches. Shes also a keeper. PS: Dr Barker very professional and also a keeper!! (lol)

This office was the BEST! I've had some horrible experiences with the dentist in the past have been hesitant to go back. Because the pain in my tooth was so bad, I decided to go and Dr. Montoya took such great care of me. He reassured me and communicated clearly everything he was planning on doing. The situation was worse than I thought, but I felt a lot of peace being in Dr. Montoya's hands. His assistants Alexis and Aniyah were also super sweet and gentle. I will be switching to this dentist for regular cleanings and all future procedures!
