If it's an emergency and you need help at first visit, you WILL NOT get the tooth taken care of even though when I called and specifically asked while making the appointment, they assured me that it would be. Instead I was run through x-rays and a barrage of photographs of my teeth, then the doctor visited for 5 minutes then stated I had two options and those would be explained to "be on my way out." End of visit. Since extraction was one option and could have been done that day, and I had anticipated $400-500 (no insurance, on medicare) I simply wanted the price for both options and then something done about my tooth. I would NEVER go back, I left feeling like a foolish senior citizen who had been taken in by false advertising. Ridiculous place.

Have been going here for 2 years now.. It is the best dental office I have ever been to and I plan on staying with them as long as I am living in the Jacksonville area..

Great experience here today as a new patient. From the first phone call to make the appointment to the cleaning and meeting the dentist, all a great experience. Definitely recommend.
