Dr. A and the rest of the staff here were amazing. Dr. A was great about explaining everything going on. The staff helped me verify my insurance, and were great about treatment plans and what insurance would cover.

This is first time in 14 years I have not rated them as 5 stars. I was in the chair in time and had a polishing first - a change! Then waited 40 minutes before I had my teeth cleaned. They apologized and said they would refund the cost of the fluoride which I’m not sure happened. As I say, the practice is usually great but not this time.

I was very pleased with the entire staff at Jacksonville Complete Dentistry! I was expecting a much more expensive treatment, but was happy to learn that my dental procedure was far less extensive and considerably less expensive. Dr. Sam is a great dentist! Mike Whitcher
