I scheduled a cleaning over the phone, but when I came in, I was given an exam. I was told afterwards that a cleaning can only be administered after the exam, but they didn't have an actual cleaning appointment scheduled for me once the exam was over, even though that's what I came in to get. After I paid, Gabriela was incredibly rude when I asked her to email me the results of my exam, and had me leave before sending everything so that she could attend to another patient. If you need documents sent over, ask for them before you pay. I don't recommend coming here as this office doesn't communicate its requirements properly to new patients.

For new patients, our standard process requires an initial exam before a cleaning can be performed, as this allows the provider to ensure appropriate and safe care. We regret that this requirement was not clearly communicated to you at the time of scheduling, and we understand how that could be disappointing when you were expecting a cleaning that day. We also apologize if our communication at checkout felt rushed or discourteous. That is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can address it with our team.
