I had a lower tooth extraction on Tuesday. Dr. Barker and his staff took very good care of me! Absolutely no pain or complications on tues or wed. No pain medication was even necessary.Good experience all the way through.

I went through the comments that multiple prior patients share my experience. It took several months to figure out that the treatment was not covered by insurance. I contacted the insurance company and they said the claims were submitted multiple times but only appealed once. Letter of necessity was not provided. I brought it up with the billing manager and office manager. Both gave contradicted statements from the documents provided by insurance company. I feel they do not want you to know that you have to pay out of pocket early on even they know likely it will be denied(per Aetna, deep cleaning has high denial rate). In this case you will keep getting multiple treatments so they can charge you out of pocket later on. It seems to be a pattern. Please everyone who is victim to their practice should report of board of dentistry so we have more cases against them.

Very nice and clean place made me feel as if it was my childhood dentist first time as a adult handling this kind of stuff Ciara at the front made it a extremely easy process and helped me thru it all I highly recommend JCD for anybody who wants a place to call home and get treated like family will go back every month until they tell me it’s no longer needed u can trust them and that’s hard in today’s world
