First time and will have a lot of work done. The staff and the dentist was fantastic to help an older patient get through the first stage. Always hard when you see a new dentist and worry if they’ll do a good job and take care of you. They certainly did, and I highly recommend them.

With all the COVID stuff that medical offices has to deal with and still try to stay in business, I have to say this office does a wonderful job. I started my visit with a long delay but they were honest about the situation which I appreciate. Once I expressed my need to leave, they put things in motion to get another dentist to step in. The main person running the front office really had her act together. In the short time I was there I could tell she was running the show. Sorry I don’t remember her name. I sure would have acknowledged her.

From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated like family. Greeted with warmth and taken care of, listened to intently and my options fully explained to me; no pressure to do anything. I've had terrible experiences in my youth with other dentists, so my nerves were a wreck. They took their time and were so kind to me. Dr. Rose and her team are fantastic! I am so thankful for her and the staff at Jacksonville Complete Dentistry. Thank you!
