When you go to any Dentist there is always some sort of anxiety. Especially when growing up young, I went to only one, that Dentist has since passed, and I was 10 on the onset. I’m 70 now and have had a lot of dental work and Dentist’s in my life…..so far. The people who are the wage makers for the Dental profession are - number 1 -the front office women and men whom answer the phones and answer questions and make you feel “this is it - the one”! The second is the dental hygienists who are the money making professionals that keeps any dentist business grow and stay with word of mouth. (No pun intended). No search engine here on websites. Without those two elements of front office customer service and the dental hygienists, in particular Peyton, (a Hygentist) I probably would have found another group of Dentists. I have been coming to Jacksonville Complete Dentistry firm for 3-5 years or more. Every 6 months. . Dr Montoya is amazing with a molar of mine that had cracked with a root canal and it broke. He probably jokes to say smelly job and it was and the implant is perfect. My point is….Keep your teeth clean, see Peyton and the rest is history with extremely professional Dentists. Thank you team.

I went to Jacksonville Complete Dentistry for a check up and cleaning today. Everyone from start to finish was friendly and knowledgeable in their areas. Check in was quick and easy. My appointment started on time with the hygienist who explained everything she was doing along the way. My teeth and gums are sensitive but somehow I didn’t feel a thing. Jessica was gentle yet able to remove all of the build up from my teeth. She offered some advice on how to better maintain my teeth. Lastly, the dentist came in and examined my mouth and went over my X-rays. He took his time and never made me feel like he was rushing on to the next patient. No one tried to upsell me anything either, which is unheard of these days in my opinion. Great experience!

They didn't keep me waiting for my appointment time, check in was easy and quick, and Lindsey is by far the best hygienist I have ever had. In and out for a cleaning in under a half hour, she gave me very good recommendations for what to use and any additional advice and she was super easy to talk to and has a very relaxing presence. Wayne Barker is NOT only a Good Man and a Good Friend, he is a super dentist who knows what he is Doing and VERY competent technically. He is a excellent Clinician and is a smart and intelligent decision maker. I actually enjoy going to see him and his excellent staff! I get teeth cleanings as often as my insurance allows and a couple MORE times a year since it's Well Worth the MONEY to have clean teeth and Fresh Breathe. I SEE a LOT of MEdical Professionals as part of my Job and I was incredibly impressed with their "STERILE PROTOCOL". Their instruments are properly cleaned, handled and Sterilized and I know good technique when I see it! I sell Neuro Surgical Brain Instruments for a livelihood... Good Sterile technique means- reduced chances of ANY infections.. These guys do it properly!! And they are GREAT to work with. I get a LOT of reminders about my upcoming appointments and I am actually thankful that the reminders come! Thank you Wayne, Bridget, Bonnie and the rest of your amazing Staff!

Arrived on time and staff was ready to seat me in exam room. Exam room looked and felt sanitized. Hygienist that I prefer to see quarterly is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. She provides reports to me on any tooth or gum changes she observes. We discuss dental products and she is careful not to endorse any particular product, but has always been willing to share her knowledge about what to look for. My husband and I have been patients for many years and very comfortable with putting our dental care in the hands of Dr Barker and his staff.

I had my first appointment here just a few days ago and it was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was so nice, friendly, and professional. It was a very good mix of casual and calm but with an air of proficiency. The cleaning was very thorough but so gentle! It feels just as clean if not cleaner than other cleanings I’ve had that left my gums bleeding and sore. The dental assistant and the doctor were very attentive and listened to my concerns and wants for my teeth and discussed options without being pushy. Everything was explained very well and I felt very comfortable. It was a great experience from start to finish! I will definitely be returning for another cleaning in 6 months and recommending this office to anyone who needs a new dentist!

You can feel it and see it yourself in the way they take the time to explain things to you as well as anything billing related. I’ve been coming to Jax Complete Dentistry for 10 years and have seen several hygienists. All were good, cleaned my teeth no complaints. The last 2 visits I’ve seen Chrissy and she has taken the time to educate me on how to properly brush my problem areas and give me tips for better gum health. I’ve never had anyone do this for me. My one suggestion is the $100 towards new patient services only works towards someone else you refer. It does nothing for you. Only your friend/spouse reaps the benefits. It should be both to encourage future clients while rewarding the ones you have.

You Need to go here... Seriously! I have been to multiple dentists over the past three years just trying to find a good one. Any basic dentist can clean your teeth, up sell you or claim to fix your problem. This staff actually knows what they are talking about. Their Services are covered under most dental insurances and the did x-rays, a Cleaning, and Measured my Gum health to go over areas in risk of tooth loss and tartar. If you want to UNDERSTAND your teeth and how they are doing go here. I have never had such comprehensive examination and I feel so much more confident about how to take care of my teeth and prevent anything.
