Today was the first day I met Dr. Sam at Complete Dental. He was very professional and patient with me as a senior. He explained everything in language I could understand! Lol I was impressed with how thorough he was with his initial examination of my lips, my gums, my teeth, my neck, my throat. All of my records were transferred, and the staff assured me they had everything; they as well were professional, kind, and gracious as I was established as a new patient.

I had my first visit at this office today and it was amazing! I usually hate x rays but Alexis probably did the best and most comfortable set of x-rays that I’ve ever had. She was super quick and efficient and really explained each step. I also had the pleasure of meeting dentist Rose and she was wonderful as well! She was very knowledgeable and gentle, and addressed all of my concerns. She took the time to explain everything and she even provided prevention methods to solve some of my concerns. This office feels like a family already and I am thankful to have them in jax!

Overall, fantastic experience...even during these crazy Covid times. I specifically searched for a reputable Prosthodontist in Jacksonville after I recently moved to the area. There wasn't much to choose from, but I KNOW I made the right choice. All of the staff I met were very friendly, personable, and accommodating. As a new patient, I was in and out pretty quickly with x-rays, pictures, and exam by Dr. Barker. Already looking forward to my next cleaning...some dentist offices can be a pain...this one is by far one of the better ones!!! I definitely recommend! Edit- 2 years later and still always a great experience. Found out my employer’s dental insurance isn’t covered here after recent letter to me mailed by the dentist. However, still no co-pay after my recent cleaning this week and seems my hygienist changed at some point, but no complaints 👌

Very professional, friendly and personal, and their appointments are very organized. I am kept up to date for upcoming appointments via texts and emails and they make the process very easy. When I called to make an appointment the woman who answered the phone made sure to answer all of my questions. They provided comfort and reassurance that the dentists and staff will take their time with me and make sure I remain comfortable. My appointment went so well! The young lady who took my photos and X-rays made sure I was comfortable, explained everything, and was an absolute joy to be around. Dr. Rose was excellent and provided in-depth explanations of her exam and went over everything I should expect and what my nexts steps are. Dr. Rose and her staff provided a 100% judgement-free experience and really earned my trust. I recommend this dentist office to anyone who’s wanting to take back control of their dental health and are looking for pleasant, judgement-free dental care.

I had my first appointment here just a few days ago and it was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was so nice, friendly, and professional. It was a very good mix of casual and calm but with an air of proficiency. The cleaning was very thorough but so gentle! It feels just as clean if not cleaner than other cleanings I’ve had that left my gums bleeding and sore. The dental assistant and the doctor were very attentive and listened to my concerns and wants for my teeth and discussed options without being pushy. Everything was explained very well and I felt very comfortable. It was a great experience from start to finish! I will definitely be returning for another cleaning in 6 months and recommending this office to anyone who needs a new dentist!

Dr. Rose Johnson is amazing!!! I went in as a new patient, newer to the area. I have an issue with my 2 front teeth that I have been putting off. I had my cleaning, X-rays, etc...she explained the plan and sent me on my way. I thought about it all afternoon. I had been told by my previous Dentist of a different way to correct the problem, both expensive options. I was left with 2 very different ways of looking at my case, not sure what I should do?? I asked if I could briefly speak with the doctor as I had a few questions and wanted to better understand her plan. Without an appointment, she welcomed me back in the same afternoon and spent almost an hour with me discussing her plan putting my mind at ease, and answering my questions. She even took a more in depth X-ray to explain something better for me free of charge. This was way above and beyond what I ever expected. She put my mind at ease and I scheduled my procedure. I have full confidence that she will do great work!! So glad I found a great dentist who really takes her time to answer questions and explain things.
