When you go to any Dentist there is always some sort of anxiety. Especially when growing up young, I went to only one, that Dentist has since passed, and I was 10 on the onset. I’m 70 now and have had a lot of dental work and Dentist’s in my life…..so far. The people who are the wage makers for the Dental profession are - number 1 -the front office women and men whom answer the phones and answer questions and make you feel “this is it - the one”! The second is the dental hygienists who are the money making professionals that keeps any dentist business grow and stay with word of mouth. (No pun intended). No search engine here on websites. Without those two elements of front office customer service and the dental hygienists, in particular Peyton, (a Hygentist) I probably would have found another group of Dentists. I have been coming to Jacksonville Complete Dentistry firm for 3-5 years or more. Every 6 months. . Dr Montoya is amazing with a molar of mine that had cracked with a root canal and it broke. He probably jokes to say smelly job and it was and the implant is perfect. My point is….Keep your teeth clean, see Peyton and the rest is history with extremely professional Dentists. Thank you team.

I know this extent to other patients as I’ve referred people to her. Kudos to Lindsey and the new dentist. What a great team. 06/27/2024 10 stars ghost to the Hygenist of the year, Lindsey! She is phenomenal and I can’t brag enough about her outstanding customer service skills. More over I would like to complement the front desk team as they had a great sense of humor and truly made me feel welcomed. 12/2023 I have been going to this practice now for over four years and I have to say I have truly found a dental practice home. The staff has always been very supportive, friendly, with a strong attention to detail. They have always made me feel like I was patient even though they have so many. The new young lady at the reception desk, I wished I could remember her name, she just started last week moving here from Indiana was fantastic! Her high level of customer centered approach demonstrates they hired the right person for that role. The hygienist, again I apologize for not knowing her name, but was new for me. Melanie has moved out of state and I do miss her however this new hygienist was very good! She explain things to me In a thorough consistent manner that I was able to understand, reviewed my treatment plan in great detail and she took her time to ensure that each tooth had the attention is needed. Dr. Baker, what more can I say about a man who truly knows his patients. I am most impressed with him and his attention to detail and his patient centered approach.

The last 2 visits I’ve seen Chrissy and she has taken the time to educate me on how to properly brush my problem areas and give me tips for better gum health. I’ve never had anyone do this for me. She went above and beyond and she is the reason I’m writing this 5 star review. Disclaimer: I have had no work done only regular cleanings. The Dentists are friendly but I cannot attest to their work.
