Didn't fix the cavity under bridge and still sent a 3002. Dollar bill to VA that was Paid Disgusting Fraud and abuse! Was not a good day. As a Veteran being told over and over if I was a private payer was horrible. For months and Months I begged for them to fix a cavity under my bridge to get the referral. It wasn’t even sent out wrong codes etc. Now bridge messed up cement all over didn’t even get cleansing while under. But what if I was private payer it would have been fixed right? What a crock! What kind of care concern and compassion is this? I severed 23 years and this is my benefit I payed my life for and am owed and earned my benefits. I have the money but this is my right as a 100% disabled Veteran of 23 years of service. Now had to go get that tooth extracted at an endodontist and now my ability to enjoy eating is gone and I’m in pain. Private payer thrown in my face multiple times. They got paid for an incomplete dental job $3002 by the VA. Lied about the repair if this isn't fraud and abuse of our money, I don't know what is.If you don’t want to help VA Veterans then don’t. Please let me see a dentist that cares.

It’s hard finding a good, trustworthy dentist, but after I met Dr Barker, that changed. He is all about building a relationship and explaining the process of any dental work before trying to schedule the next appointment. The office is professional and overall , a great experience.
