I've been going here for my last 2 cleanings and love it! Today I had two cavities filled. I am one of those child adults that freaks at the sight of needles. The dentist and assistant were so so patient with me. I asked for a double topical numbing application just to put my mind at ease because I really really lose it at the sight of a needle. They both gladly gave me another topical, even though it honestly probably didn't make me more numb (I know most of it is in my mind.) Dr. Rose told me to close my eyes and distracted me by massaging my inner cheek with her mirror tool. It made the needle, and more importantly the fear of the needle, so so much more easy for me. They really took care of me knowing my fear and they both kept checking on me during the procedure to make sure I was okay.

The entire staff was great! The dental assistant, Lynn, was very confident and explained every detail of what she was doing. And the dentist, Dr Rose, was by far the best at displaying friendliness, professional and care. I've spent years trying to find a straightforward, honest dental practice. My search is over now that I've found Jacksonville Complete Dentistry!
