My experience at this office left me feeling uncomfortable and concerned about billing transparency and communication. During my first of two cleaning appointments, I was told I owed $151 for cleaning on one side. After questioning the charge, the amount was reduced to $118 for both sides. This sudden change created confusion and made me question the accuracy of the billing. I was also told ahead of time that my cleaning would be split into two visits because numbing would be required. However, once seated for treatment, I was asked whether I wanted numbing, which contradicted what had previously been explained. Due to these inconsistencies and lack of clarity, I chose to cancel the appointment. I believe patients deserve clear communication, consistent treatment planning, and accurate billing from the start.

I never like visits to any dentist but I have to say that these folks are the real deal. Just had an extensive teeth cleaning and the lady that did the work was very thorough and detailed driven. She didn’t miss a single mm2 on any tooth.. You could tell that she liked her job and knew what she was doing. Really grateful at a job well done.

Dr. Barker and his staff are very pleasant and totally professional. Their analysis and planning demonstrate an excellent grasp of the patient's dental problems and they carefully assist the patient in establishing a plan of treatment. They are very good at assessing the patient's expectations before recommending any therapy. i was really impressed
