I switched insurance companies and had to change my dentist because of it. I was able to get an appointment with Jacksonville Complete Dentistry quickly even though I am a new patient. The staff is very friendly and my initial visit was the most thorough I have ever had. I didn't give 5 stars just because I am getting acquainted with them and have not yet had any dental issues.

I recently had my annual cleaning and maintenance at Jacksonville Complete Dentistry in February 2021. The entire staff is kind and professional, from Bonnie at the front desk who skillfully coordinates appointments to Jessica, the skilled dental hygienist who makes expert recommendations in improving tooth care. I appreciate the friendly service and evidence-based treatments and they are cognizant and practice COVID precautions very consistently. The dentist Dr. Rose Johnson leads the team and knows her patients well and treats you with respect and courtesy. I offer my highest recommendation for people seeking professional dental care - make an appointment at Jacksonville Complete Dentistry.
