I can't say enough great things about Jacksonville Complete Dentistry. I recommended them to a friend today! Jessica is the most gentle hygienist I have ever had. She is observant, thoughtful, and yet very thorough. She gives good advice and is my go-to hygienist! If you have anxiety about dental visits (who doesn't?) this is the place for you! Jessica will take the BEST care of you (and your teeth)!! Trust JCD with your smile and your comfort!

I loved this dentist office for years when I saw Dr. Barker. The hygienist Jessica is great - I have only good things to say about her. However, I saw new dentists my last few visits. At my last visit, I was told I needed 4 fillings at once after never needing any. I had 2 of them done, but then the office stopped accepting my insurance. I went to a new dentist in-network to get a new treatment plan for the other 2 teeth. The new dentist stated I didn’t need any fillings and the 2 that Jacksonville Complete Dentistry had done were so surface level it was more like a sealant and one was a sealant with stain remaining underneath. So caution - get a second opinion if you go here and suddenly need a lot of work.

This is very clean dentists facility and they do great work for your smile, Jessica was very gentle and polite when working in my teeth. I highly recommend this dentistry to everyone who care about their smile and keeping health teeth.

I would definitely recommend Jacksonville Complete Dentistry! The staff and doctors are very understanding and professional. They are taking Covid 19 very seriously. I felt my health was a priority while I was at the office. Patients are treated with care and respect. I already have my appointment to return in 6 months! UPDATE: A year later and I am happy to say I have my husband also going to Dr. Rose Johnson and the rest of the crew at JCD. We both had bad experiences at another practice in town and are now "regulars" with JCD--can't say enough good things about this practice!!! If you are looking for a dental practice that is compassionate and professional, Jacksonville Complete Dentistry is for you!! UPDATE #2: Jessica is the absolute BEST!!! jessica is wonderful! was traumatized with drowning back when i was a kid so it terrifies me when i go to the dentist.. she gave me full control with the suction handpiece if i need to use it whenever i need it. overall it was a great experience she was my hygienist!

I went to Jacksonville Complete Dentistry for a check up and cleaning today. Everyone from start to finish was friendly and knowledgeable in their areas. Check in was quick and easy. My appointment started on time with the hygienist who explained everything she was doing along the way. My teeth and gums are sensitive but somehow I didn’t feel a thing. Jessica was gentle yet able to remove all of the build up from my teeth. She offered some advice on how to better maintain my teeth. Lastly, the dentist came in and examined my mouth and went over my X-rays. He took his time and never made me feel like he was rushing on to the next patient. No one tried to upsell me anything either, which is unheard of these days in my opinion. Great experience!

Absolute best dentist office I have ever been to! Usually visiting the dentist’s is a miserable and anxiety-ridden experience, as most can probably agree. But not here! Dr. Rose was amazing in the whole process of having my wisdom teeth removed (which was a long overdue procedure). But I faced no judgment, had all my questions and fears answered, and had the procedure done in the way that I wanted! And my hygienist Jessica (who I went to today for a routine cleaning) was amazing! All of the staff there are warm and welcoming. And Jessica went above and beyond with my comfort and care. I was referred to JCD Group and I’m so glad I made the appointment! First off, their communication about my appointment confirmation and upcoming reminders was fantastic. They not only send texts but will call to remind you as well! I always have so much going on, I need the reminders 😅 Now the appointment: check in was quick. X-rays and hun measurements were efficient and professional. I loved my tech Jessica! I ended up needing quite the deep cleaning and Jessica made me feel comfortable and calm during the whole 2 hours! I almost fell asleep! The staff was fantastic with working with their schedule to get my next cleaning in ASAP and billing was clear and as stated. Great experience! A dentist I don’t dread going back to, but look forward to going back !

La la love this office!!! The receptionists are super helpful and friendly. The hygienist Jessica was awesome and super knowledgeable.
