When you go to any Dentist there is always some sort of anxiety. Especially when growing up young, I went to only one, that Dentist has since passed, and I was 10 on the onset. I’m 70 now and have had a lot of dental work and Dentist’s in my life…..so far. The people who are the wage makers for the Dental profession are - number 1 -the front office women and men whom answer the phones and answer questions and make you feel “this is it - the one”! The second is the dental hygienists who are the money making professionals that keeps any dentist business grow and stay with word of mouth. (No pun intended). No search engine here on websites. Without those two elements of front office customer service and the dental hygienists, in particular Peyton, (a Hygentist) I probably would have found another group of Dentists. I have been coming to Jacksonville Complete Dentistry firm for 3-5 years or more. Every 6 months. . Dr Montoya is amazing with a molar of mine that had cracked with a root canal and it broke. He probably jokes to say smelly job and it was and the implant is perfect. My point is….Keep your teeth clean, see Peyton and the rest is history with extremely professional Dentists. Thank you team.

I have been visiting Jacksonville Complete Dentistry at Point Meadows Drive since July 2024. The staff provided me with exceptional services each visit and Dr. Barker and Montoya, gave me a new complete smile that is worth far above any charge I had to pay for. I can honestly say without prejudice, that these two dentist take pride in the service they provide to each patient and have to be truly, two of the best dentist not only in Jacksonville, Florida, but in the profession they are employed in. This office was the BEST! I've had some horrible experiences with the dentist in the past have been hesitant to go back. Because the pain in my tooth was so bad, I decided to go and Dr. Montoya took such great care of me. He reassured me and communicated clearly everything he was planning on doing. The situation was worse than I thought, but I felt a lot of peace being in Dr. Montoya's hands. His assistants Alexis and Aniyah were also super sweet and gentle. I will be switching to this dentist for regular cleanings and all future procedures!

As a veteran, it’s often hard to feel truly seen or understood when it comes to healthcare, but this dental office went above and beyond. Dr. Montoya took the time to listen to my concerns, explaining everything in detail and ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way. The staff was equally fantastic — from the front desk to the dental hygienists, everyone made me feel valued and cared for. They were patient, professional, and genuinely compassionate, which made a huge difference. It’s rare to find a practice that not only excels in dental care but also takes the time to make you feel like more than just another patient. Today specifically I was struggling with my anxiety and was terrified to go in. Then as soon as I walked in the wonderful receptionist told me she had already let Dr.Montoya and Carley know I was here, without even saying anything!! Not even 3 minutes later Carley walks out to take me back and her smile just warmed my heart. I cannot say enough how much they go above and beyond especially on the hard days. I’m grateful to have found such an amazing team, and I would recommend this office to anyone, especially fellow veterans who are looking for a dentist who truly understands and cares about their patients. This is a great place to go for your dental work. Everyone was so polite, welcoming and friendly. They seated me and made sure I was comfortable before the doctor came in. Dr. Montoya did an excellent job. I felt no pain what so ever. He was very gentle while doing my root canals. So gentle that I fell asleep during my procedure. This by far was the best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, Courteous, and friendly environment. Not to mention the cleanliness of the practice. Awesome job I highly recommend them.

Did my research and have found the most Spectacular Dentist Shop! I highly recommend going out of your way to get an appointment! Dr. Montoya and his team are so hospitable, so friendly, and so professional that it makes going to the dentist like a walk in the park! Great Facility, and better service! I had some pretty serious issues and they took such good care of me that I can't thank them enough! Montoya and his assistant Alexis are by far the best Doctor/Assistant Super Duo I have ever met, and I've been to a few! They work in such unison whilst being really gentle, informative and comforting, it's pretty awesome! Shoutout to my Hygienist Alyssa, hands down, the Best Hygienist this side of the Mississippi! The coordination between the office staff and dental team is seamless and everyone working seems that they really want to be there and know exactly what's going on! It's a really nice change from the norm for sure! Thank you so so much everyone, my new smile has brought me so much joy! I feel good again, GREAT Job!!!
