Outstanding visit from check-in to departure. Jax Dental has an outstanding system in place to handle COVID-19 concerns. Staff are skilled and friendly. I would recommend this office to all.

I scheduled a cleaning over the phone, but when I came in, I was given an exam. I was told afterwards that a cleaning can only be administered after the exam, but they didn't have an actual cleaning appointment scheduled for me once the exam was over, even though that's what I came in to get. After I paid, Gabriela was incredibly rude when I asked her to email me the results of my exam, and had me leave before sending everything so that she could attend to another patient. If you need documents sent over, ask for them before you pay. I don't recommend coming here as this office doesn't communicate its requirements properly to new patients.
