But I explained I would contact them when I was ready.. That did not matter with this company.. Every day a phone call or text they would send me. RESULT I’M NOT INTERESTED !

I scheduled a cleaning over the phone, but when I came in, I was given an exam. I was told afterwards that a cleaning can only be administered after the exam, but they didn't have an actual cleaning appointment scheduled for me once the exam was over, even though that's what I came in to get. After I paid, Gabriela was incredibly rude when I asked her to email me the results of my exam, and had me leave before sending everything so that she could attend to another patient. If you need documents sent over, ask for them before you pay. I don't recommend coming here as this office doesn't communicate its requirements properly to new patients.

I called and was scheduled within 2 days. Front desks ladies made sure I had everything taken care of, insurance wise, before I stepped foot in the building. Dr. Barker was quick and efficient with his exam and got me to the next place I needed to go for my wisdom teeth. All in all, a great place. They even have a text messaging system for when they have questions for you to avoid calling during work hours! Great place to go if you were in pain and needing to get in quick!

I have an irrational fear of dentists and have avoided going to a dentist for years even though I know I needed it. I started researching sedation dentistry. This place has put me at ease every step of the way. They teach me about my teeth and do an amazing job the first time. Reasonably priced. Dr. Rose and all the hygienists are very nice, and the practice is clean (although overdecorated in a very dated style). Unfortunately, their billing and reception are not good. I went for a cleaning and exam today, and when I checked out I was told I had a $247 balance from my previous visit because they no longer accept my insurance. They didn't tell me this before my last appointment or at this appointment when I arrived, and they never sent me a bill. They previously sent me a bill for a visit several months ago and stated they were out of network, but when I inquired about it they just said they "fixed" it. Since then, my husband and I both have gone for cleanings and exams and asked if there were any billing or insurance issues and we were told no...until today. I even asked the receptionist if she knew I had an insurance they didn't accept when she checked me in, and she said yes, but they sent letters (which I never got) to patients and she assumed I knew. They're good but not enough for me to not use the insurance I have and pay out of pocket. BEWARE!!!!

They are conveniently located just off of Gate Parkway, near Ikea. I always enjoy coming to see the staff of Jacksonville Complete Dentistry. They are knowledgeable, friendly and do great work. If I ever have a question or problem, they are quick to respond. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been coming to Jax Complete Dentistry for 10 years and have seen several hygienists. All were good, cleaned my teeth no complaints. The last 2 visits I’ve seen Chrissy and she has taken the time to educate me on how to properly brush my problem areas and give me tips for better gum health. I’ve never had anyone do this for me. She went above and beyond and she is the reason I’m writing this 5 star review. Disclaimer: I have had no work done only regular cleanings. The Dentists are friendly but I cannot attest to their work.

We are a military family and have had to switch dental care every 3 yrs or so. Some have been ok some really bad but I am so glad we are retired now and have a permanent dentist and Dr rose is it we couldn't have gotten any luckier her staff is beyond amazing my daughter and I saw her and listened to every concern and went into depth why my teeth keep doing what they do we got in super fast had a treatment plan and got started on it with my daughter the very next day !! Dr. Rose Johnson is amazing!!! I went in as a new patient, newer to the area. I have an issue with my 2 front teeth that I have been putting off. I had my cleaning, X-rays, etc...she explained the plan and sent me on my way. I thought about it all afternoon. I had been told by my previous Dentist of a different way to correct the problem, both expensive options. I was left with 2 very different ways of looking at my case, not sure what I should do?? I asked if I could briefly speak with the doctor as I had a few questions and wanted to better understand her plan. Without an appointment, she welcomed me back in the same afternoon and spent almost an hour with me discussing her plan putting my mind at ease, and answering my questions. She even took a more in depth X-ray to explain something better for me free of charge. This was way above and beyond what I ever expected. She put my mind at ease and I scheduled my procedure. I have full confidence that she will do great work!! So glad I found a great dentist who really takes her time to answer questions and explain things.

In the past I had a horrible experience that left me traumatized regarding going to the dentist! But from the moment I called JCD I was at ease...Brooke was amazing! I was in so much pain when I talked to her but she was very patient and understanding. I honestly abhor the dentist and all previous experiences had elsewhere. This was the first time a dentist appointment made my day, versus ruining it. These wonderful people know how everyone wants to be treated at the dentist’s office.
