The staff and the dentist are all really nice and they are always on time with their appointments. However every time I have something done I am in pain for days!

Please check your insurance to make sure you are still in network. I’ve been a patient for years and used my benefits earlier this year with no issues. Showed up for my appointment recently and was told my insurance is now out of network and had to make a payment I wasn’t expecting.

Great experiences in the past, but despite me showing up for every appointment I've set about 30 minutes early they decided to cancel my most recent "Because other people sometimes cancel " What a joke. I'm glad I drove 30 minutes to be here.

Updated: I’ve since had to have this crown redone. I continue to have trouble with it and cannot chew on this side of my mouth. I Had my first crown completed here. The final crown fits nicely. Good experience

Overall a great facility. Staff was kind and helpful from the very beginning. However, after calling and explaining to them that the day after my cleaning, I was in extreme discomfort at night and could not sleep at all the night before (due to a tooth that needs to be extracted, which I was deciding to do extract through them in the next week) I was told to come in and speak to someone that can help. I left work and arrived 30 minutes later and was told there was just nothing that could be done to help relieve the pain at all! I was in and out still in pain 5 minutes later with copies of what I was given the day before, I was expecting much more from this place and feel like they could’ve helped further. Besides this experience. Everything was good. My hygienist was sweet and the girls up front were kind. Sorry guys but I can’t see myself coming back! Thanks.
