The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. They explain everything and ensure that you understand your treatment plan. Although the equipment is a bit older it function perfectly and my visit went very well.

Nice staff, was there for 2 pm appointment, had X-rays exam, photos, very nice assistant, very nice dentist, hygienist was nice and gentle I just was not to happy with the amount of time I spent there, I think they overbooked, but it’s ok, I had a good experience overall😊(I had 2 pm appointment but did not leave till 4:15, for a regular exam and check up )

I love this office! Quick, curtious and knowledgeable. Dr. Rose is gentle, detailed and professional. I can't say enough about this dentists office For four years I bounced from horrible office to horrible office and finally landed with a really great all around office.

I switched insurance companies and had to change my dentist because of it. I was able to get an appointment with Jacksonville Complete Dentistry quickly even though I am a new patient. The staff is very friendly and my initial visit was the most thorough I have ever had. I didn't give 5 stars just because I am getting acquainted with them and have not yet had any dental issues.

Kelly was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable, and had me take breaks because of my TMJ. Bonnie in the front office is always friendly and quick to help.

As a new patient, I felt that the facilities were very clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. My hygienist was light handed and made me feel extremely comfortable the entire time. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking.

Kelly the dentist hygienist was amazing. She was extremely fast, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr.Rose was also kind and very informative. My overall experience was great. My one suggestion is the $100 towards new patient services only works towards someone else you refer. It does nothing for you. Only your friend/spouse reaps the benefits. It should be both to encourage future clients while rewarding the ones you have.

This was my first initial visit. Bonnie who answered my call was the reason I chose to try Jax Complete Dentistry. She made me feel welcomed and relaxed over the phone and was very reassuring. Brittany was also very compassionate and attentive towards me and tried to ease my nerves. It appears that every one is well trained, polite and knowledgable in their jobs. Oh yeah....and Dr Barker was also very pleasant. Ask me again after my deep cleans! hahaha. Thank You to everyone.

I have been to the same dentist for 16 years and was fearful and anxious about finding someone new when I relocated to Jacksonville. My first experience was great. Dr. Rose and Brianna were very kind and calming and informed me well of my treatment plan. I will definitely make this my new dentist office. Great customer service. Very happy I found them.

I have a complicated dental situation. I have been to many dentists, oral surgeons, and orthodontists, to name a few. I just became a new patient of Dr. Barker. I have great hopes that he will help me out. I want to eat, smile, and not be in pain. Every one I have been in contact with, has been professional and courteous. Planning to give an excellent review in a few months.
