called about a bill on a friday monring at 9:15. machine service said office is closed and office hours are friday from 8am-12pm. they are closed 3rd friday of the month at that time and are making updates on their machine. they helped me first thing monday morning as they always do!

I called and was scheduled within 2 days. Front desks ladies made sure I had everything taken care of, insurance wise, before I stepped foot in the building. Dr. Barker was quick and efficient with his exam and got me to the next place I needed to go for my wisdom teeth. All in all, a great place. They even have a text messaging system for when they have questions for you to avoid calling during work hours! Great place to go if you were in pain and needing to get in quick!

First time and will have a lot of work done. The staff and the dentist was fantastic to help an older patient get through the first stage. Always hard when you see a new dentist and worry if they’ll do a good job and take care of you. They certainly did, and I highly recommend them.

I have been here for cleanings and other dental procedures and I can truly say that this is the best dental office ever. From the time you walk in the door until you leave the customer service by its staff is top notch. Dr. Rose Johnson is a great dentist. The x-ray technician/dental assistant Alexis ‘Super Great’ s customer service is great (give her a raise). When she does your X-rays you barely feel anything. If you are looking for a dental office in the Jacksonville area you won’t go wrong with Jacksonville Complete Dentistry.

I had an appointment for the second and the hygienist got sick and had to cancel that day they scheduled me for the 26th and they said if there’s any time to come in any earlier they would tell me beforehand they got me in on the 12th and the new hygienist clean my teeth and did a very good job

Had a really great experience extracting my wisdom tooth! All the staff was friendly and helpful. The office was so efficient I didn't have to wait at all between check-in, x-rays, and being seen by a doctor. Lastly, Dr. Montoya and his staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and fun to be around. The whole experience was on the best experiences I had in a dentist office!

Another quick and comfortable dentist’s visit! My hygienist, Alyssa, took time to get to know me, my dental history, and even asked if I had any anxieties with visits to the dentist. Dr.Montoya did my final exam and he was a pleasure to interact with as well!

If it's an emergency and you need help at first visit, you WILL NOT get the tooth taken care of even though when I called and specifically asked while making the appointment, they assured me that it would be. Instead I was run through x-rays and a barrage of photographs of my teeth, then the doctor visited for 5 minutes then stated I had two options and those would be explained to "be on my way out." End of visit. Since extraction was one option and could have been done that day, and I had anticipated $400-500 (no insurance, on medicare) I simply wanted the price for both options and then something done about my tooth. I would NEVER go back, I left feeling like a foolish senior citizen who had been taken in by false advertising. Ridiculous place.

My hygienest was so nice and explained everything to me. She comprehensively cleaned my teeth. The whole office has that spa like ambience which made me feel relaxed. Everybody was so friendly!

My visit was a breeze and my hygienist, who definitely caters to cowards was absolutely amazing and one of the reasons I have been with Dr. Barker’s office for 10 plus years. The staff is always the best part and helpful too. I’m now on the hunt for a new waterpik and I’m excited about it.
