I just had my first dentist appointment in over a decade. I’ve been terrified to go after some childhood trauma. When I called to make an appointment the woman who answered the phone made sure to answer all of my questions. They provided comfort and reassurance that the dentists and staff will take their time with me and make sure I remain comfortable. My appointment went so well! The young lady who took my photos and X-rays made sure I was comfortable, explained everything, and was an absolute joy to be around. Dr. Rose was excellent and provided in-depth explanations of her exam and went over everything I should expect and what my nexts steps are. Dr. Rose and her staff provided a 100% judgement-free experience and really earned my trust. I recommend this dentist office to anyone who’s wanting to take back control of their dental health and are looking for pleasant, judgement-free dental care.

I am usually scared and nervous of the dentist, the thought of one in a new town was especially scary. I am very fortunate I found Jacksonville Complete Dentistry. The nurses were all very kind, I especially enjoyed Mrs. Kelly (the hygienist). She was talking me through everything, showing me new flossing tricks, and even checked my insurance to tell me everything she could offer me at the cheapest price. Amazing service, my teeth are 3x whiter. I have recommended this place to multiple people and I will definitely be back!

Wayne Barker is NOT only a Good Man and a Good Friend, he is a super dentist who knows what he is Doing and VERY competent technically. He is a excellent Clinician and is a smart and intelligent decision maker. I actually enjoy going to see him and his excellent staff! I get teeth cleanings as often as my insurance allows and a couple MORE times a year since it's Well Worth the MONEY to have clean teeth and Fresh Breathe. I SEE a LOT of MEdical Professionals as part of my Job and I was incredibly impressed with their "STERILE PROTOCOL". Their instruments are properly cleaned, handled and Sterilized and I know good technique when I see it! I sell Neuro Surgical Brain Instruments for a livelihood... Good Sterile technique means- reduced chances of ANY infections.. These guys do it properly!! And they are GREAT to work with. I get a LOT of reminders about my upcoming appointments and I am actually thankful that the reminders come! Thank you Wayne, Bridget, Bonnie and the rest of your amazing Staff!

Dr Barker fixed what another dentist had done. I really didn't know what to do but after meeting Dr Barker he put together a couple plans for me to choose from. He did exactly what he promised. It is hard to find a dentist who you trust and know he is there for you, Dr Barker is that dentist. From the moment I arrived at JCD the atmosphere was that of CARING and “how can we make your visit more pleasant as a patient”. Dr. Barker is such a PROFESSIONAL, but also friendly and knowledgeable of course. Dr. Barker explains information in understandable ENGLISH and NOT a lot of CONFUSING MEDICAL TERMINOLOGY. He also DEMOSTRATES PROCEDURES that he is going to PERFORM, he gives you OPTIONS for your particular situation. He’s a very good TEACHER without TEACHING, he realizes that everyone learning style is different, so he addresses the “VISUAL as well as the ORATORY LEARNER, along with othe “strategies” and “learning styles. He is very PATIENT and doesn’t object to REPEATING if you don’t UNDERSTAND. He doesn’t make you feel “I’m on a “schedule” and I can’t spend all this time with you.” Dr. Barker makes you feel you are his ONLY patient all day. I truly SALUTE and APPRECIATE Dr. Barker. The STAFF under the guidance of Dr. Barker is a reflection of him, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE and CARING, they first and only priority is the PATIENT. They TEXT to wish you a “pleasant” weekend, they remind you of your next APPOINTMENT without being “threatening” in their tone of VOICE. They are always WARM in their GREETINGS as you ENTER and they keep that same demeanor as you DEPART. They don’t bring their “PROBLEMS” to work, his STAFF comes to WORK to WORK. Great place! When I went into the office I believe it was about 8 people waiting ahead of me and within 10 minutes everyone was called back for their appointments, I've never seen a office move that fast. They took their time and really got to the root of my problem. Will be back there alot. Myself and this office has alot of work to do as far as my mouth is concerned.
