It’s been a few years since I’ve gone to the dentist due to a bad experience at a previous dental office. I had been very insecure about my teeth and did not want to show them to anyone! This dental office did everything to make me comfortable, safe, and secure. At no point did I feel judged and I was beyond happy to have Ravon as my hygienist. She was funny, kind, nonjudgmental, and informative. I had been flossing wrong for years and she took the time to show me a way that would be easier for me.<br><br>I’d recommend this dental office and Ravon to anyone seeking a new dentist office!

I had such a positive experience with Dr. Bark and his team. Dr. Bark has a calm, reassuring personality that immediately puts you at ease, and his experience truly shows in the quality of care he provides. He took his time, explained things clearly, and made the visit feel comfortable instead of stressful.<br><br>Alex, the nurse assistant, was also wonderful. She was kind, patient, and made sure I stayed comfortable the entire time. Her friendly attitude and attentiveness really stood out and added to the overall experience.<br><br>It’s not always easy finding a dental office where you feel genuinely cared for, but this team made me feel welcomed and in good hands from start to finish during two of my visits. Highly recommend!

During routine X-rays the assistant was obviously annoyed and under pressure she’s rushed and did not take me serious when I tried to express that she was pushing the machine too hard into the tissue. She lectured me saying that it’s not meant to be comfortable when she noticed the cut she made she attempted to gaslight me into thinking it was there before I came in. But the Dentist was nice.

After my initial concerns, this office has made a complete turnaround and it absolutely did not go unnoticed. What stands out the most is that they actually listen. Not just to me, but to their patients as a whole. You can feel the effort, the changes, and the intention behind everything they’re doing now. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and honestly feels like family. The little touches like being offered tea or water go a long way and set the tone for a comfortable visit. A special shoutout to the manager, Ashlee, for personally reaching out to me about my concerns and taking the time to make things right. That level of accountability and care is rare, and it truly made a difference in my experience. Also, shoutout to Daniella Vazquez she is AMAZING when it comes to handling my financial account. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and truly the best at what she does. If you go, definitely ask for her! And I have to recognize the dental assistants as well because without them, none of this runs smoothly. They are the ones who really set the tone when you’re brought back. Even when those chairs are a little cold, they make sure you feel warm and comfortable offering blankets, pillows, and just overall care that makes a difference. That level of attention does not go unnoticed. The dentists and hygienists are ALL so awesome. Professional, kind, and genuinely caring. They don’t just treat you like a patient they treat you like a person. If you’re nervous or anxious, they will literally comfort you… yes, even hold your hand while explaining what’s going on and what needs to be corrected. They’re also extremely professional and prepared knowing they’re trained and ready for anything (even in those “I might faint” moments 😅) gives an extra layer of reassurance. The hygienists are just as incredible such a great group of young women who make the experience smooth and enjoyable. I love that they let you relax and watch TV during your visit (shoutout to my Young Sheldon episodes 😂). Overall, I truly appreciate the professionalism, warmth, accountability, and growth this office has shown. I recommend them not because they claim to be perfect, but because they are willing to improve, care, and show up better for their patients and that speaks volumes.

Chery went out of her way to ask about the essential oil I noticed at the entrance just because I was curious, such a small detail, but it really showed how thoughtful and attentive the staff are. Jayla was amazing at setting clear expectations from the start. As she walked me to the exam room, she explained the plan for the day, and at every step she let me know what was coming next, which gave me real peace of mind and made the whole visit stress-free. And Dr. Simon is hands down the friendliest, nicest dentist I’ve ever met. He somehow makes it feel less like a dental appointment and more like you’re just hanging out with a group of friends who happen to be taking great care of your teeth. I scheduled a cleaning over the phone, but when I came in, I was given an exam. I was told afterwards that a cleaning can only be administered after the exam, but they didn't have an actual cleaning appointment scheduled for me once the exam was over, even though that's what I came in to get. After I paid, Gabriela was incredibly rude when I asked her to email me the results of my exam, and had me leave before sending everything so that she could attend to another patient. If you need documents sent over, ask for them before you pay. I don't recommend coming here as this office doesn't communicate its requirements properly to new patients.

Lol I was impressed with how thorough he was with his initial examination of my lips, my gums, my teeth, my neck, my throat. She is phenomenal and I can’t brag enough about her outstanding customer service skills. More over I would like to complement the front desk team as they had a great sense of humor and truly made me feel welcomed. 12/2023 I have been going to this practice now for over four years and I have to say I have truly found a dental practice home. The staff has always been very supportive, friendly, with a strong attention to detail. They have always made me feel like I was patient even though they have so many. The new young lady at the reception desk, I wished I could remember her name, she just started last week moving here from Indiana was fantastic! Her high level of customer centered approach demonstrates they hired the right person for that role. The hygienist, again I apologize for not knowing her name, but was new for me. Melanie has moved out of state and I do miss her however this new hygienist was very good! She explain things to me In a thorough consistent manner that I was able to understand, reviewed my treatment plan in great detail and she took her time to ensure that each tooth had the attention is needed. Dr. Baker, what more can I say about a man who truly knows his patients. I am most impressed with him and his attention to detail and his patient centered approach.

Dr. Montoya and his team are so hospitable, so friendly, and so professional that it makes going to the dentist like a walk in the park! Great Facility, and better service! Montoya and his assistant Alexis are by far the best Doctor/Assistant Super Duo I have ever met, and I've been to a few! They work in such unison whilst being really gentle, informative and comforting, it's pretty awesome! Shoutout to my Hygienist Alyssa, hands down, the Best Hygienist this side of the Mississippi! The coordination between the office staff and dental team is seamless and everyone working seems that they really want to be there and know exactly what's going on! I have been going to Jacksonville Complete Dentistry for several years. This dentist office has a spa on the right side, which gives the office a relaxing atmosphere. Dr. Barker and the entire staff are all very friendly.

Very well staffed. But these people are NOT on the up and up. They will do everything they can to get you to keep coming in by not handling the issue you originally came in for. They did this to me. I came in because I bumped my chin and my teeth were tingling; but they steered me into some expensive treatment saying I had gingivitis, etc. ( Bye the way I was told months before by the original hygienist, that I had been taking great care of my teeth, I had so little plak) This hygienist talked down to me like I was a child and she even tried teaching me how to take care of my teeth. I won't be going back. That Manager was so disdainful to the situation, it was a waste to talk to her.

I SEE a LOT of MEdical Professionals as part of my Job and I was incredibly impressed with their "STERILE PROTOCOL". Their instruments are properly cleaned, handled and Sterilized and I know good technique when I see it! I sell Neuro Surgical Brain Instruments for a livelihood... Good Sterile technique means- reduced chances of ANY infections.. These guys do it properly!! And they are GREAT to work with. He doesn’t make you feel “I’m on a “schedule” and I can’t spend all this time with you.” Dr. Barker makes you feel you are his ONLY patient all day. I truly SALUTE and APPRECIATE Dr. Barker. The STAFF under the guidance of Dr. Barker is a reflection of him, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE and CARING, they first and only priority is the PATIENT. They TEXT to wish you a “pleasant” weekend, they remind you of your next APPOINTMENT without being “threatening” in their tone of VOICE.
