I'd had a really hard year with my dad being sick and I was not able to do what I needed to do for myself. They were able to fit me into their schedule to make sure that my tooth was okay. I have always had such a great experience at Jacksonville complete dentistry. Dr. Rose and her associates are amazing.

Front office staff very friendly, patient. Mix up of who I was seeing but Dr. Sam was great. Carley was excellent at explaining procedures. Lindsey was the best hygenist! Will hope to stay with her as long as I am at JCD.

I would definitely recommend Jacksonville Complete Dentistry! The staff and doctors are very understanding and professional. They are taking Covid 19 very seriously. I felt my health was a priority while I was at the office. Patients are treated with care and respect. I already have my appointment to return in 6 months! UPDATE: A year later and I am happy to say I have my husband also going to Dr. Rose Johnson and the rest of the crew at JCD. We both had bad experiences at another practice in town and are now "regulars" with JCD--can't say enough good things about this practice!!! If you are looking for a dental practice that is compassionate and professional, Jacksonville Complete Dentistry is for you!! UPDATE #2: Jessica is the absolute BEST!!! Our favorite dental hygienist ever!!!!!

jessica is wonderful! was traumatized with drowning back when i was a kid so it terrifies me when i go to the dentist.. she gave me full control with the suction handpiece if i need to use it whenever i need it. overall it was a great experience she was my hygienist!

The staff here is so nice. Very clean and modern office. Dr. Sam was very tentative also a great listener. Both him and the hygienist explained everything very detailed & clear for you to understand. I recommend them if you’re looking for a dentist. They also go over your insurance coverage so there are no surprise fees & charges.

I have had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Montoya and their incredible team for the past year, and I can’t speak highly enough of the experience. As a veteran, it’s often hard to feel truly seen or understood when it comes to healthcare, but this dental office went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with kindness and respect. Dr. Montoya took the time to listen to my concerns, explaining everything in detail and ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way. The staff was equally fantastic — from the front desk to the dental hygienists, everyone made me feel valued and cared for. They were patient, professional, and genuinely compassionate, which made a huge difference. It’s rare to find a practice that not only excels in dental care but also takes the time to make you feel like more than just another patient. Today specifically I was struggling with my anxiety and was terrified to go in. Then as soon as I walked in the wonderful receptionist told me she had already let Dr.Montoya and Carley know I was here, without even saying anything!! Not even 3 minutes later Carley walks out to take me back and her smile just warmed my heart. I cannot say enough how much they go above and beyond especially on the hard days. I’m grateful to have found such an amazing team, and I would recommend this office to anyone, especially fellow veterans who are looking for a dentist who truly understands and cares about their patients. Thank you to Dr. Montoya and everyone at the office for making my experience so positive!

Excellent experience at Jacksonville Complete Dentistry. I assisted my elderly mother-in-law with her first appointment as a new patient. The personnel and dental staff could not have been more kind and patient with us. They took extra care and were very gentle with my mother-in-law's cleaning and x-rays. Never thought I’d say I love a Dentist office! But I do Dr Montoya and Alexis took great care of me during my surgery. I had to get some extensive stuff done and I’ve always been so nervous and scared. But everyone was nothing but wonderful from the back to the ladies up front they always make me feel safe and confident. Only place I’ll go ever!
