This place is amazing! All of the staff is so sweet and helpful and very accommodating. The doctor is personable and friendly which is always a plus. No one ever enjoys going to the dentist but this place really makes a difference. I’m moving to Orlando and plan on making the drive up here so I can stay with them! I highly highly recommend!

After my initial concerns, this office has made a complete turnaround and it absolutely did not go unnoticed. What stands out the most is that they actually listen. Not just to me, but to their patients as a whole. You can feel the effort, the changes, and the intention behind everything they’re doing now. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and honestly feels like family. The little touches like being offered tea or water go a long way and set the tone for a comfortable visit. A special shoutout to the manager, Ashlee, for personally reaching out to me about my concerns and taking the time to make things right. That level of accountability and care is rare, and it truly made a difference in my experience. Also, shoutout to Daniella Vazquez she is AMAZING when it comes to handling my financial account. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and truly the best at what she does. If you go, definitely ask for her! And I have to recognize the dental assistants as well because without them, none of this runs smoothly. They are the ones who really set the tone when you’re brought back. Even when those chairs are a little cold, they make sure you feel warm and comfortable offering blankets, pillows, and just overall care that makes a difference. That level of attention does not go unnoticed. The dentists and hygienists are ALL so awesome. Professional, kind, and genuinely caring. They don’t just treat you like a patient they treat you like a person. If you’re nervous or anxious, they will literally comfort you… yes, even hold your hand while explaining what’s going on and what needs to be corrected. They’re also extremely professional and prepared knowing they’re trained and ready for anything (even in those “I might faint” moments 😅) gives an extra layer of reassurance. The hygienists are just as incredible such a great group of young women who make the experience smooth and enjoyable. I love that they let you relax and watch TV during your visit (shoutout to my Young Sheldon episodes 😂). Overall, I truly appreciate the professionalism, warmth, accountability, and growth this office has shown. I recommend them not because they claim to be perfect, but because they are willing to improve, care, and show up better for their patients and that speaks volumes.

I've always had great experiences here at Jax Complete Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Chery went out of her way to ask about the essential oil I noticed at the entrance just because I was curious, such a small detail, but it really showed how thoughtful and attentive the staff are. Jayla was amazing at setting clear expectations from the start. As she walked me to the exam room, she explained the plan for the day, and at every step she let me know what was coming next, which gave me real peace of mind and made the whole visit stress-free. And Dr. Simon is hands down the friendliest, nicest dentist I’ve ever met. He somehow makes it feel less like a dental appointment and more like you’re just hanging out with a group of friends who happen to be taking great care of your teeth. Professional, kind, and genuinely fun to talk to. If you’re looking for a dental office that feels warm, welcoming, and human, this is it. I’m so grateful for this team and can’t recommend them enough! 🦷✨

Dr. Sam Posze at Jacksonville Complete Dentistry is truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, he was extremely professional, kind, and went far beyond the call of duty to educate me every step of the way. Because of past horrific dental experiences, I was absolutely petrified to have any dental work done. Dr. Sam was incredibly understanding, patient, and took extra steps to ensure I felt safe, heard, and comfortable throughout the entire process. I was also extremely impressed by his communication with his support staff and how seamlessly they worked together as a team—it was clear that mutual respect and care for the patient are top priorities in this practice. Dr. Sam exemplifies what a compassionate, ethical, and highly skilled dentist should be. I cannot recommend him and Jacksonville Complete Dentistry enough to anyone, especially those who struggle with dental anxiety.

The staff provided me with exceptional services each visit and Dr. Barker and Montoya, gave me a new complete smile that is worth far above any charge I had to pay for. I can honestly say without prejudice, that these two dentist take pride in the service they provide to each patient and have to be truly, two of the best dentist not only in Jacksonville, Florida, but in the profession they are employed in. I would highly recommend any one that needs dentist service, visit this location. Dr. Montoya took the time to listen to my concerns, explaining everything in detail and ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way. The staff was equally fantastic — from the front desk to the dental hygienists, everyone made me feel valued and cared for. They were patient, professional, and genuinely compassionate, which made a huge difference. It’s rare to find a practice that not only excels in dental care but also takes the time to make you feel like more than just another patient. Today specifically I was struggling with my anxiety and was terrified to go in. Then as soon as I walked in the wonderful receptionist told me she had already let Dr.Montoya and Carley know I was here, without even saying anything!! Not even 3 minutes later Carley walks out to take me back and her smile just warmed my heart. I cannot say enough how much they go above and beyond especially on the hard days. I’m grateful to have found such an amazing team, and I would recommend this office to anyone, especially fellow veterans who are looking for a dentist who truly understands and cares about their patients. Had a great experience. Went in for cleaning and whitening. Desk staff efficient and taken back to appointment on time. Hygienist gentle and knowledgeable. Dr. Barker came in and had already checked X-rays and answered all my questions. Had heard whitening could cause teeth to be sensitive but technician so sweet and took her time. Constantly asking how I was doing ok even gave me blanket because I was chilled. Super happy with how it turned out. Will definitely be smiling more at my sons wedding! Definitely recommending to friends.

I went to Jacksonville Complete Dentistry for a check up and cleaning today. Everyone from start to finish was friendly and knowledgeable in their areas. Check in was quick and easy. My appointment started on time with the hygienist who explained everything she was doing along the way. My teeth and gums are sensitive but somehow I didn’t feel a thing. Jessica was gentle yet able to remove all of the build up from my teeth. She offered some advice on how to better maintain my teeth. Lastly, the dentist came in and examined my mouth and went over my X-rays. He took his time and never made me feel like he was rushing on to the next patient. No one tried to upsell me anything either, which is unheard of these days in my opinion. Great experience!

I gave a 5 star review after my first visit, but I just want to say that I specifically booked another appointment just before moving out of state because this really is the best dental experience I've ever had. They didn't keep me waiting for my appointment time, check in was easy and quick, and Lindsey is by far the best hygienist I have ever had. In and out for a cleaning in under a half hour, she gave me very good recommendations for what to use and any additional advice and she was super easy to talk to and has a very relaxing presence. Very much appreciated, very much worth the time and money.

If it's an emergency and you need help at first visit, you WILL NOT get the tooth taken care of even though when I called and specifically asked while making the appointment, they assured me that it would be. Instead I was run through x-rays and a barrage of photographs of my teeth, then the doctor visited for 5 minutes then stated I had two options and those would be explained to "be on my way out." End of visit. Since extraction was one option and could have been done that day, and I had anticipated $400-500 (no insurance, on medicare) I simply wanted the price for both options and then something done about my tooth. I would NEVER go back, I left feeling like a foolish senior citizen who had been taken in by false advertising. Ridiculous place.

This place has put me at ease every step of the way. They teach me about my teeth and do an amazing job the first time. Reasonably priced. Very well staffed. But these people are NOT on the up and up. They will do everything they can to get you to keep coming in by not handling the issue you originally came in for. They did this to me. I came in because I bumped my chin and my teeth were tingling; but they steered me into some expensive treatment saying I had gingivitis, etc. ( Bye the way I was told months before by the original hygienist, that I had been taking great care of my teeth, I had so little plak) This hygienist talked down to me like I was a child and she even tried teaching me how to take care of my teeth. I won't be going back. That Manager was so disdainful to the situation, it was a waste to talk to her.

Had an older cap come off. Called the office and after I explained the problem was immediately asked if i was in any pain. I was worked in the following morning at 8:00 and Dr. Barker and staff had me out about 20 minutes later. Very happy I was recommended to JCD a number of years ago. They have my complete confidence.
