This dental office truly cares about their patients and puts their patients first. You can feel it and see it yourself in the way they take the time to explain things to you as well as anything billing related. I really enjoyed having Kelly do my x rays and cleaning and Dr. Rose (I believe that was her name) took time with help me decide what I wanted to do about a certain filling I had. She made sure that I was informed to make a decision and did not skew me toward one or the other. The office was clean and comfortable. I am already recommending my family and friends to this office.

Dr. Rose Johnson is a great doctor. She is very honest, knowledgeable, and calm. Unlike some doctors, she would recommend a patient to a specialist, if necessary. My last doctor did not do so when I had gum issue, bleeding... Dr. Johnson and her staffs are kind, friendly, and professional . I would recommend her to anyone I know. Thank you, Dr. Johnson!

I’ve been coming to Jax Complete Dentistry for 10 years and have seen several hygienists. All were good, cleaned my teeth no complaints. The last 2 visits I’ve seen Chrissy and she has taken the time to educate me on how to properly brush my problem areas and give me tips for better gum health. I’ve never had anyone do this for me. She went above and beyond and she is the reason I’m writing this 5 star review. Disclaimer: I have had no work done only regular cleanings. The Dentists are friendly but I cannot attest to their work.

I had the best experience at Jacksonville complete denistry. I am new to the area and saw what good reviews they had on google so I decided to give them a try. Dr. Rose Johnson was so nice and took the time to listen to all my concerns. I did not feel rushed at all. Even my hygienist was so nice. I will definitely be a customer here on out. We are a military family and have had to switch dental care every 3 yrs or so. Some have been ok some really bad but I am so glad we are retired now and have a permanent dentist and Dr rose is it we couldn't have gotten any luckier her staff is beyond amazing my daughter and I saw her and listened to every concern and went into depth why my teeth keep doing what they do we got in super fast had a treatment plan and got started on it with my daughter the very next day !! Thanks for being awesome!!

The entire staff is kind and professional, from Bonnie at the front desk who skillfully coordinates appointments to Jessica, the skilled dental hygienist who makes expert recommendations in improving tooth care. I appreciate the friendly service and evidence-based treatments and they are cognizant and practice COVID precautions very consistently. The dentist Dr. Rose Johnson leads the team and knows her patients well and treats you with respect and courtesy. The best, best, BEST dentistry practice in town! My wife and I have been going to them for almost 8 years (since it was called Baypointe). They are a friendly and professional office and staff. The place is super clean and the staff is tremendously friendly. My hygienist, Farola, is the very best and is ALWAYS on time, professional and thorough. You will not find a better practice in town.
