I have had many good dentists over the last 60 + years. Lindsey and Dr. Sam however, are by far the best. They make you comfortable and are the textbook professionals!

I have heard that this Dentistry is outstanding.. I filled out a form on line..The E mails, Tex’s that I received were almost every day…I was really going to make an appointment. But I explained I would contact them when I was ready.. That did not matter with this company.. Every day a phone call or text they would send me. RESULT I’M NOT INTERESTED !

I scheduled a cleaning over the phone, but when I came in, I was given an exam. I was told afterwards that a cleaning can only be administered after the exam, but they didn't have an actual cleaning appointment scheduled for me once the exam was over, even though that's what I came in to get. After I paid, Gabriela was incredibly rude when I asked her to email me the results of my exam, and had me leave before sending everything so that she could attend to another patient. If you need documents sent over, ask for them before you pay. I don't recommend coming here as this office doesn't communicate its requirements properly to new patients.

Dr. Sam Posze at Jacksonville Complete Dentistry is truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, he was extremely professional, kind, and went far beyond the call of duty to educate me every step of the way. Because of past horrific dental experiences, I was absolutely petrified to have any dental work done. Dr. Sam was incredibly understanding, patient, and took extra steps to ensure I felt safe, heard, and comfortable throughout the entire process. I was also extremely impressed by his communication with his support staff and how seamlessly they worked together as a team—it was clear that mutual respect and care for the patient are top priorities in this practice. Dr. Sam exemplifies what a compassionate, ethical, and highly skilled dentist should be. I cannot recommend him and Jacksonville Complete Dentistry enough to anyone, especially those who struggle with dental anxiety.

The facility was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and conveniently located in a safe area, which made the experience even more comfortable. Today was the first day I met Dr. Sam at Complete Dental. He was very professional and patient with me as a senior. He explained everything in language I could understand! Lol I was impressed with how thorough he was with his initial examination of my lips, my gums, my teeth, my neck, my throat. All of my records were transferred, and the staff assured me they had everything; they as well were professional, kind, and gracious as I was established as a new patient.

The absolute BEST!! Just like most people, even if nothing is wrong, I still get nervous going to the Dentist. Dr. Sam and his team are amazing at calming the dental jitters and making you comfortable in the chair! Can't wait to go back for my full exam and cleaning. 10/10 recommended!

Please check your insurance to make sure you are still in network. I’ve been a patient for years and used my benefits earlier this year with no issues. Showed up for my appointment recently and was told my insurance is now out of network and had to make a payment I wasn’t expecting.

Scam artists! Went in for my annual cleaning that should covered by insurance at 100%. They say now I owe them money and when I asked then about it, Daniella from “billing” said they over charge the insurance companies to see what they can get them to pay and then pick and choose what amount left over they decide to write off and what they want to bill the customer.

We felt like family, the whole experience from the time we walked in the door till the time we left was so comfortable detailed everything was explained on the entire process of making my teeth beautiful again I have been in so much pain and terrified of Dentist and this is the first time I look forward to coming back and having my wisdom teeth pulled along with braces we thank you so much. I hope everybody comes here and feels the same way we do.

Hello, I really enjoy coming to this dental office and have always had a great experience. However, I recently changed my dental insurance plan, and unfortunately, I wasn’t aware that my new plan is not in-network with your office. I had made an appointment and even left work early to make it on time, only to find out upon arrival that I would be charged out of pocket for the cleaning. I wish I had known this in advance to avoid the inconvenience. Just wanted to share this feedback in hopes it might help improve communication around insurance coverage in the future. Thank you.
