This place is amazing! All of the staff is so sweet and helpful and very accommodating. The doctor is personable and friendly which is always a plus. No one ever enjoys going to the dentist but this place really makes a difference. I’m moving to Orlando and plan on making the drive up here so I can stay with them! I highly highly recommend!

I wanted to come back and update my experience because I truly believe in giving credit where it’s due. After my initial concerns, this office has made a complete turnaround and it absolutely did not go unnoticed. What stands out the most is that they actually listen. Not just to me, but to their patients as a whole. You can feel the effort, the changes, and the intention behind everything they’re doing now. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and honestly feels like family. The little touches like being offered tea or water go a long way and set the tone for a comfortable visit. A special shoutout to the manager, Ashlee, for personally reaching out to me about my concerns and taking the time to make things right. That level of accountability and care is rare, and it truly made a difference in my experience. Also, shoutout to Daniella Vazquez she is AMAZING when it comes to handling my financial account. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and truly the best at what she does. If you go, definitely ask for her! And I have to recognize the dental assistants as well because without them, none of this runs smoothly. They are the ones who really set the tone when you’re brought back. Even when those chairs are a little cold, they make sure you feel warm and comfortable offering blankets, pillows, and just overall care that makes a difference. That level of attention does not go unnoticed. The dentists and hygienists are ALL so awesome. Professional, kind, and genuinely caring. They don’t just treat you like a patient they treat you like a person. If you’re nervous or anxious, they will literally comfort you… yes, even hold your hand while explaining what’s going on and what needs to be corrected. They’re also extremely professional and prepared knowing they’re trained and ready for anything (even in those “I might faint” moments 😅) gives an extra layer of reassurance. The hygienists are just as incredible such a great group of young women who make the experience smooth and enjoyable. I love that they let you relax and watch TV during your visit (shoutout to my Young Sheldon episodes 😂). Overall, I truly appreciate the professionalism, warmth, accountability, and growth this office has shown. I recommend them not because they claim to be perfect, but because they are willing to improve, care, and show up better for their patients and that speaks volumes.

I've always had great experiences here at Jax Complete Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Chery went out of her way to ask about the essential oil I noticed at the entrance just because I was curious, such a small detail, but it really showed how thoughtful and attentive the staff are. Jayla was amazing at setting clear expectations from the start. As she walked me to the exam room, she explained the plan for the day, and at every step she let me know what was coming next, which gave me real peace of mind and made the whole visit stress-free. And Dr. Simon is hands down the friendliest, nicest dentist I’ve ever met. He somehow makes it feel less like a dental appointment and more like you’re just hanging out with a group of friends who happen to be taking great care of your teeth. Professional, kind, and genuinely fun to talk to. If you’re looking for a dental office that feels warm, welcoming, and human, this is it. I scheduled a cleaning over the phone, but when I came in, I was given an exam. I was told afterwards that a cleaning can only be administered after the exam, but they didn't have an actual cleaning appointment scheduled for me once the exam was over, even though that's what I came in to get. After I paid, Gabriela was incredibly rude when I asked her to email me the results of my exam, and had me leave before sending everything so that she could attend to another patient. If you need documents sent over, ask for them before you pay. I don't recommend coming here as this office doesn't communicate its requirements properly to new patients.

I would like to thank Dr. Asturia and his Dental assistant Clarissa for making my dental appointment one of the best I've had. I had been having excruciating tooth aches and was referred to Jacksonville Complete Dentistry for an exam. My original appointment was a week out. I called and explained the severity of my pain to the front desk. They were able to get me in the same day. That alone was my first good start with the Dentistry. Once I got to the office, my pain was unbearable. The front desk staff was very friendly and the office was very nicely kept. I was seen immediately. Dr. Asturia was the best! After a complete exam and viewing of my xray, he was able to find the Root cause of my pain. No pun intended. He and Clarissa worked together, and helped get my pain under control. I had strong positive energy from them. No one likes going to the dentist, but, if you must go, I strongly recommend going to Jacksonville Complete Dentistry.

The staff provided me with exceptional services each visit and Dr. Barker and Montoya, gave me a new complete smile that is worth far above any charge I had to pay for. More over I would like to complement the front desk team as they had a great sense of humor and truly made me feel welcomed. 12/2023 I have been going to this practice now for over four years and I have to say I have truly found a dental practice home. The staff has always been very supportive, friendly, with a strong attention to detail. They have always made me feel like I was patient even though they have so many. The new young lady at the reception desk, I wished I could remember her name, she just started last week moving here from Indiana was fantastic! Her high level of customer centered approach demonstrates they hired the right person for that role. The hygienist, again I apologize for not knowing her name, but was new for me. Melanie has moved out of state and I do miss her however this new hygienist was very good! She explain things to me In a thorough consistent manner that I was able to understand, reviewed my treatment plan in great detail and she took her time to ensure that each tooth had the attention is needed. Dr. Baker, what more can I say about a man who truly knows his patients. I am most impressed with him and his attention to detail and his patient centered approach.

Dr. Rose and all the hygienists are very nice, and the practice is clean (although overdecorated in a very dated style). Unfortunately, their billing and reception are not good. I went for a cleaning and exam today, and when I checked out I was told I had a $247 balance from my previous visit because they no longer accept my insurance. They didn't tell me this before my last appointment or at this appointment when I arrived, and they never sent me a bill. They previously sent me a bill for a visit several months ago and stated they were out of network, but when I inquired about it they just said they "fixed" it. Since then, my husband and I both have gone for cleanings and exams and asked if there were any billing or insurance issues and we were told no...until today. I even asked the receptionist if she knew I had an insurance they didn't accept when she checked me in, and she said yes, but they sent letters (which I never got) to patients and she assumed I knew. They're good but not enough for me to not use the insurance I have and pay out of pocket. BEWARE!!!!

Their instruments are properly cleaned, handled and Sterilized and I know good technique when I see it! I sell Neuro Surgical Brain Instruments for a livelihood... Two days before the appointment I called to ask them if they wear face masks, and they said:'Yes.'' But, the lady at the desk had a face mask with her nose sticking out, and Dr. barker wasn't wearing one. When I asked why he didn't have one. He answered;" you don't have one either.' I went there with the mask on. The only reason I did not have one at that moment it was because they were checking my mouth. His arrogant answer was a provocative insult, and his behavior with that smirk on his face was very disrespectful, and unprofessional. And, when we were talking about why he wasn't wearing a mask, he gave me that attitude of superiority like who am I to question his practices. Your degree doesn't make you a better person, or better than anyone else if your passion is just to make money and have no consideration for your patients. His behavior towards me was demeaning and spiteful. Now, I know some people don't believe in face masks, but I do expect that people wear them in a medical facilities and especially because I asked them prior the appointment.Unfortunately, we live in a world were life is cheap, humans have no values, and it gets worse each year. There's not respect, empathy, and compassion.

This was my first initial visit. Bonnie who answered my call was the reason I chose to try Jax Complete Dentistry. She made me feel welcomed and relaxed over the phone and was very reassuring. Brittany was also very compassionate and attentive towards me and tried to ease my nerves. It appears that every one is well trained, polite and knowledgable in their jobs. Oh yeah....and Dr Barker was also very pleasant. Ask me again after my deep cleans! hahaha. Thank You to everyone.

Bonnie at the front desk is especially wonderful for scheduling appointments and gets you in to the office as quickly as needed. I love this place. The people here are really nice and very good at their job. For my follow up appointment I walked in and the clerk remembered who I was I didn’t even have to tell her my name. I was early and they immediately brought me back and completed my two fillings fast and pain free. Also everyone there is easy on the eyes ;)

Went in for X-ray and exam... Everything was really quick, the staff is very professional and friendly, beautiful office. I have an extreme fear of dentists due to a past trauma but i made very comfortable. They make me want to come back for my extraction. By the way, Daniella confirmed all of my cost vs my insurance coverage prior to my visit and cost for the next one. She was patient with me, professional, knowledgeable and nice!
