I had such a positive experience with Dr. Bark and his team. Dr. Bark has a calm, reassuring personality that immediately puts you at ease, and his experience truly shows in the quality of care he provides. He took his time, explained things clearly, and made the visit feel comfortable instead of stressful. Alex, the nurse assistant, was also wonderful. She was kind, patient, and made sure I stayed comfortable the entire time. Her friendly attitude and attentiveness really stood out and added to the overall experience. It’s not always easy finding a dental office where you feel genuinely cared for, but this team made me feel welcomed and in good hands from start to finish during two of my visits. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! All of the staff is so sweet and helpful and very accommodating. The doctor is personable and friendly which is always a plus. No one ever enjoys going to the dentist but this place really makes a difference. I’m moving to Orlando and plan on making the drive up here so I can stay with them! I highly highly recommend!

I wanted to come back and update my experience because I truly believe in giving credit where it’s due. After my initial concerns, this office has made a complete turnaround and it absolutely did not go unnoticed. What stands out the most is that they actually listen. Not just to me, but to their patients as a whole. You can feel the effort, the changes, and the intention behind everything they’re doing now. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and honestly feels like family. The little touches like being offered tea or water go a long way and set the tone for a comfortable visit. A special shoutout to the manager, Ashlee, for personally reaching out to me about my concerns and taking the time to make things right. That level of accountability and care is rare, and it truly made a difference in my experience. Also, shoutout to Daniella Vazquez she is AMAZING when it comes to handling my financial account. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and truly the best at what she does. If you go, definitely ask for her! And I have to recognize the dental assistants as well because without them, none of this runs smoothly. They are the ones who really set the tone when you’re brought back. Even when those chairs are a little cold, they make sure you feel warm and comfortable offering blankets, pillows, and just overall care that makes a difference. That level of attention does not go unnoticed. The dentists and hygienists are ALL so awesome. Professional, kind, and genuinely caring. They don’t just treat you like a patient they treat you like a person. If you’re nervous or anxious, they will literally comfort you… yes, even hold your hand while explaining what’s going on and what needs to be corrected. They’re also extremely professional and prepared knowing they’re trained and ready for anything (even in those “I might faint” moments 😅) gives an extra layer of reassurance. The hygienists are just as incredible such a great group of young women who make the experience smooth and enjoyable. I love that they let you relax and watch TV during your visit (shoutout to my Young Sheldon episodes 😂). Overall, I truly appreciate the professionalism, warmth, accountability, and growth this office has shown. I recommend them not because they claim to be perfect, but because they are willing to improve, care, and show up better for their patients and that speaks volumes.

I've always had great experiences here at Jax Complete Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Chery went out of her way to ask about the essential oil I noticed at the entrance just because I was curious, such a small detail, but it really showed how thoughtful and attentive the staff are. Jayla was amazing at setting clear expectations from the start. As she walked me to the exam room, she explained the plan for the day, and at every step she let me know what was coming next, which gave me real peace of mind and made the whole visit stress-free. And Dr. Simon is hands down the friendliest, nicest dentist I’ve ever met. He somehow makes it feel less like a dental appointment and more like you’re just hanging out with a group of friends who happen to be taking great care of your teeth. Professional, kind, and genuinely fun to talk to. If you’re looking for a dental office that feels warm, welcoming, and human, this is it. I’m so grateful for this team and can’t recommend them enough! 🦷✨

I scheduled a cleaning over the phone, but when I came in, I was given an exam. I was told afterwards that a cleaning can only be administered after the exam, but they didn't have an actual cleaning appointment scheduled for me once the exam was over, even though that's what I came in to get. After I paid, Gabriela was incredibly rude when I asked her to email me the results of my exam, and had me leave before sending everything so that she could attend to another patient. If you need documents sent over, ask for them before you pay. I don't recommend coming here as this office doesn't communicate its requirements properly to new patients.

The staff provided me with exceptional services each visit and Dr. Barker and Montoya, gave me a new complete smile that is worth far above any charge I had to pay for. I can honestly say without prejudice, that these two dentist take pride in the service they provide to each patient and have to be truly, two of the best dentist not only in Jacksonville, Florida, but in the profession they are employed in. She is phenomenal and I can’t brag enough about her outstanding customer service skills. More over I would like to complement the front desk team as they had a great sense of humor and truly made me feel welcomed. 12/2023 I have been going to this practice now for over four years and I have to say I have truly found a dental practice home. The staff has always been very supportive, friendly, with a strong attention to detail. They have always made me feel like I was patient even though they have so many. The new young lady at the reception desk, I wished I could remember her name, she just started last week moving here from Indiana was fantastic! Her high level of customer centered approach demonstrates they hired the right person for that role. The hygienist, again I apologize for not knowing her name, but was new for me. Melanie has moved out of state and I do miss her however this new hygienist was very good! She explain things to me In a thorough consistent manner that I was able to understand, reviewed my treatment plan in great detail and she took her time to ensure that each tooth had the attention is needed. Dr. Baker, what more can I say about a man who truly knows his patients. I am most impressed with him and his attention to detail and his patient centered approach.

Wayne Barker is NOT only a Good Man and a Good Friend, he is a super dentist who knows what he is Doing and VERY competent technically. He is a excellent Clinician and is a smart and intelligent decision maker. I actually enjoy going to see him and his excellent staff! I get teeth cleanings as often as my insurance allows and a couple MORE times a year since it's Well Worth the MONEY to have clean teeth and Fresh Breathe. I SEE a LOT of MEdical Professionals as part of my Job and I was incredibly impressed with their "STERILE PROTOCOL". Their instruments are properly cleaned, handled and Sterilized and I know good technique when I see it! I sell Neuro Surgical Brain Instruments for a livelihood... Good Sterile technique means- reduced chances of ANY infections.. These guys do it properly!! And they are GREAT to work with. I get a LOT of reminders about my upcoming appointments and I am actually thankful that the reminders come! Thank you Wayne, Bridget, Bonnie and the rest of your amazing Staff!

He also DEMOSTRATES PROCEDURES that he is going to PERFORM, he gives you OPTIONS for your particular situation. He’s a very good TEACHER without TEACHING, he realizes that everyone learning style is different, so he addresses the “VISUAL as well as the ORATORY LEARNER, along with othe “strategies” and “learning styles. He is very PATIENT and doesn’t object to REPEATING if you don’t UNDERSTAND. He doesn’t make you feel “I’m on a “schedule” and I can’t spend all this time with you.” Dr. Barker makes you feel you are his ONLY patient all day. I truly SALUTE and APPRECIATE Dr. Barker. The STAFF under the guidance of Dr. Barker is a reflection of him, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE and CARING, they first and only priority is the PATIENT. They TEXT to wish you a “pleasant” weekend, they remind you of your next APPOINTMENT without being “threatening” in their tone of VOICE. They are always WARM in their GREETINGS as you ENTER and they keep that same demeanor as you DEPART. They don’t bring their “PROBLEMS” to work, his STAFF comes to WORK to WORK. The room where I spent most of the time for the exams and dental cleaning did not have the newest equipment, but that did not impact at all the quality of their services. I had my first appointment here just a few days ago and it was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was so nice, friendly, and professional. It was a very good mix of casual and calm but with an air of proficiency. The cleaning was very thorough but so gentle! It feels just as clean if not cleaner than other cleanings I’ve had that left my gums bleeding and sore. The dental assistant and the doctor were very attentive and listened to my concerns and wants for my teeth and discussed options without being pushy. Everything was explained very well and I felt very comfortable. It was a great experience from start to finish! I will definitely be returning for another cleaning in 6 months and recommending this office to anyone who needs a new dentist!
